only the vertical components of _d_1and _d_2.
_d_1 Specifies an XXXXmmmmDDDDiiiirrrreeeeccccttttiiiioooonnnn value to check.
_d_2 Specifies an XXXXmmmmDDDDiiiirrrreeeeccccttttiiiioooonnnn value to check.
_d_m_a_s_k Specifies the direction component along which _d_1
and _d_2are to be checked. Appropriate values for
